Return and Refund:
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Items must be returned with original packaging and tags without damage.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, no dog hair, smell, stains on items, and any other sign of use. It needs to be with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Due to hygiene issue, carriers & beds cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Gift Certificate and all customized items are not eligible for return.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Refunds will be given in the form of store credit only.
- For all returns you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as the cost of shipping of the replacement product. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected returns whether on route to the customer or being returned back to us or in the case of an undeliverable or unverified address provided by the customer.
- To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping by email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, except in the case of any custom or special order items. Once an order has shipped out, or a custom order has gone into production, no cancellations will be permitted.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The damage must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Missing items and lost packages must be reported within 60 days of the date of purchase.
